With much security into the winter

Safety in Val Gardena

On December, 4th 2021, the slopes in the Val Gardena – Alpe di Siusi ski area will open for the winter season.

Val Gardena is located in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and offers plenty of space with its 500 km of unique slopes, cutting-edge lift facilities, 30 km of winter hiking paths cleared from snow and 115 km of cross-country skiing slopes.
An abundance of nature – a total of 7,000 m² per guest, to be precise!

Cancellation terms

There is nothing better than the thought of going on holiday and relaxing once you are here: that is why the cancellation terms have been adapted should you need to cancel before arriving or should you have to return home earlier than planned:

  • Total reimbursement of ski rental, and ski school fees up to 48 hours before arrival for guests who test positive for COVID-19 and their fellow travellers.

Early departure when on holiday:
When presenting a doctor’s certificate with a PCR test issued by the ‘Covid-19 Test Center Val Gardena’ there will be a no-hassle reimbursement of the rates for the days you will not be able to use for your accommodation, ski school and ski rental fees for guests who test positive for COVID-19 and their fellow travellers.
The usual cancellation terms apply for other diseases or accidents.

Finally, the following are the detailed current safety measures of the South Tyrolean Regional Administration (which are regularly updated in line with the Province’s legislation) to ensure you have a relaxing holiday in the heart of the Dolomites:
